    tw heart attack and health anxiety
    Mum had a heart attack this afternoon, i called 999, got her an ambulance, and i'm unsure about what her current state is, and my health anxiety has come back this last week, though it's been steadily building up for the last 6 months. A bugger of a day.

    @DonnerKebab oh my goodness, I hope your mum is ok. Please take care and try to look after yourself. It’s worrying, and health anxiety on top of that makes it 10 times worse.
