    It's okay to not have the answers right now @River and it's totally valid if you're struggling to word exactly how you're feeling. Has anything happened recently which could be impacting you not feeling okay?

    I hear your @River. It sounds like the last couple of weeks have been incredibly difficult and it makes sense if you're not exactly sure how you're feeling right now. It can take some time to process trauma and Friday definitely sounds like it was traumatic for you. You've already taken the first step by admitting that you're not doing okay and reaching out for support. You're doing really well River and we're really glad you're here with us.

    How have you been since Friday? Are you still experiencing symptoms?

    We're also here if you feel comfortable sharing what happened last night. There's no rush - just whatever you feel comfortable with.

    Yeah I still have the symptoms which only come at night which is weird

    Found out that my ex (who was caught cheating on me on Thursday night) is now telling people me and him was never together even though I got proof and apparently I was removed from the group for threatening them which Iโ€™m sorry do I seem like the sort to do that? Iโ€™m bloody scared of my own shadow!

    And basically I was telling A about it and she told me that her and my ex had never broken up before getting with me so he was saying 3 girls at once. The girl I caught him cheating with blocked me but has now unblocked me so I can literally send her the proof that I was dating him.

    I messaged an old admin about it who left the group due to him and another person being a jerk and I sent her the screenshots and now sheโ€™s sorting it and stuff but sheโ€™s not very happy about the situation either.
