    I’m so dizzy
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

Ah @River , that sounds so hard and perhaps even a bit scary to experience too? When you've been dizzy in the past, has there been anything that helps to take the edge off a little bit?

I wonder if you're alone at the moment or around other people?

    We're all here for you.

@Redemption Hey bro, do you want to get it all of your chest?

@DonnerKebab thanks so much, I wasn’t expecting anyone to reply. A warehouse job called me this evening after sending a message on Indeed asking me to call them. I tried a couple of times with no answer, but they eventually called back and gave me some details. It’s a 12-hour shift, and while I do want a job, it feels like too much to go from being out of work straight into something that intense. At the same time, I feel guilty and lazy for thinking that way, and it's left me feeling overwhelmed and overthinking everything. Lately, my overthinking has really been affecting me. Even though the responsibilities aren’t on me like they used to be, I still feel overwhelmed and can’t sleep. I’ve been taking ashwagandha to help with stress and sleep, and it has helped before, but now I feel like I’m too stressed and overwhelmed for even that to make a difference. The chat today helped unwind but Im just here tossing and turning with my duvet off trying to sleep, Im bugging out.

Im here to talk for you too bro, I saw on chats you have said a few times you're just surviving and that doesn't sound good, we are all here for you. I know something happened but you said you are getting that all sorted. I still think other services can be helpful here

just to clarify calm don’t only support ppl who are suicidal. you can reach out to them if you’ve lost someone to suicide or just going through a tough time in general.

i have spoken to them and it’s not just when im suicidal etc and they’re fine with it. :)
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

Ughhh sounds horrible @Invisible_me I remember a bit of a while ago that you said you felt dizzy and I think you said it went better. How often do you get it? You don't need to say just thinking maybe its stress or an occasional thing getting dizzy.

@Invisible_me that sounds really hard, feeling dizzy at work and being scared you could lose your job because of it. You deserve support for your health, rather than judgement. What makes you afraid you'll lose your job? I wonder how you're feeling physically today and how you've been able to take care of yourself?

Please know that NHS 111 is here for you if you do feel dizzy and would like some medical support, or your GP also.

Well hello! It is I, I came back from holiday yesterday. I actually enjoyed the break from almost all social media, i didn’t touch reddit once, only went on Facebook when i clicked it by accident. I literally only used apps that were immediately being used for talking to people. It was nice.

    How is everyone?

Welcome back @independent_ ! That sounds like bliss to get a little bit of a break away from all the notifications and screens! I know I like to do that myself sometimes too.

How's it feeling to be back?

  • independent_independent_ Community Connector Posts: 9,826 Supreme Poster
@Sian321 it is good to be back TBF, we had a bit of an epic journey back with an awful experience in the airport, i hate foreign airports as it is but my dad is really struggling with his mobility atm so we had to get him a wheelchair. They dumped us and him in said wheelchair at a random gate and then didn’t appear back to get us to take us to our own gate, and then some bloke shouted at us because we had to move then finally helped us. None of them spoke very good english so it was hard to communicate with them. Then the flight was awful, 4 people threw up within a few rows of us in the same flight, which as you can imagine absolutely stank. Not nice at 3am. But we made it back had a night in a hotel and then drove back yesterday which wasn’t too bad in the end. Back’s killing me but I think that’s from carrying cases around.

We had a great time when we were there though, so that’s the main thing.

It was really scary being that out of breathe and dizzy at work, outside. I dont knkw if it was panic but I wasn't particularly anxious.
Work were okay and my manager was supportive on my exhaustion from episode but I feel scared i could lose my job the fact I'm having this many 'difficult days'..

I don't feel dizzy all the time just randomly. Same I had a dizzy moment yesterday.

I phoned docs yesterday, tgey put phone down. So I emailed my care coordinator she just booked me in for blood test in a.monghs time.
