(Drunk suicidal thoughts) I have nothing to look forward to in life

I’m safe. I’m in therapy. During my last session, my therapist and I made a safety plan. My next session is next week.
Even though I’ve got a lot on my mind, I don’t want to type anything out. All I want to do is just bawl my eyes out.
I’ve tried everything to achieve a better life. And I’m tired of hoping for things to get better. When it won’t. This is just my life. And I’m realistically better off killing myself.

Would you feel safe sharing with us some of the things on your safety plan that you and your therapist have agreed you could do if you do ever feel at risk?
After your therapy comes to a close, might there be any other forms of support that you'd ideally like to see for yourself?
We're all here and we're listening!
1:1 support can be found at:

My safety plan comes with a list of questions, one includes one which says “what makes it more difficult to act on my urges” and I’ve answered with “the aftermath of failing”
Basically I have to recall a list of reasons to motivate me to keep going.
