    Hi @bignosegirly0 , thank you for sharing your feelings here. How are you feeling this morning? From what you've shared, it sounds like things coming to an end with your therapist is feeling really daunting and emotional, and you're feeling very hopeless right now about the future or things ever feeling better. That sounds so overwhelming, and you're being really brave to talk about this.

    Would you feel safe sharing with us some of the things on your safety plan that you and your therapist have agreed you could do if you do ever feel at risk?

    After your therapy comes to a close, might there be any other forms of support that you'd ideally like to see for yourself?
