"From what we're seeing in our server logs, the issue lies outside the Discussion Boards infrastructure. I do see that CloudFlare is reporting degradation on their firewall service".
This means that the issue doesn't seem to be created by the Discussion Boads tech itself, but perhaps the firewall that each of you might be using on your internet browser?
Have either of you recently made any updates to your phones / laptops? Do you know if your firewall or security features have changed lately?
Also, does this error only come up when you're on this website or has it popped up for other websites please?
And if anyone else is also experiencing this issue, please let me know ASAP. Thank you!

If possible it would be great if you could not block out the RayID which is basically the error code. I can see the RayID on your screenshot @eylah but it looks like you've blocked it out. If you're able to share this with us, then the tech team can try pinpoint it in their logs. But of course keep your IP address blocked. Thank you!

Thank you @eylah have passed this on! Is the error popping up every time you're trying to log onto the boards or does it happen in the middle of you using the boards?
it just did! it popped up in middle of me using the boards.
Our tech team believe they've been able to resolve the issue but let me know if it's still happening! Thank youuu
