every time i try logging in

Hey @eylah and @shannon_164 , this is the message we've recieved from the IT desk who have taken a look into this:

"From what we're seeing in our server logs, the issue lies outside the Discussion Boards infrastructure. I do see that CloudFlare is reporting degradation on their firewall service".

This means that the issue doesn't seem to be created by the Discussion Boads tech itself, but perhaps the firewall that each of you might be using on your internet browser?

Have either of you recently made any updates to your phones / laptops? Do you know if your firewall or security features have changed lately?

Hey @eylah and @shannon_164 so Cloudfare has recovered it's services and should be working as normal. Unfortunately as this tech issue doesn't seem to be caused by our discussion boards there isn't much more we can do. Is the error message still popping up?

Also, does this error only come up when you're on this website or has it popped up for other websites please?

And if anyone else is also experiencing this issue, please let me know ASAP. Thank you!

Ahh that sounds very annoying @eylah and @shannon_164 and is strange it's only happening on the boards.

Okay I'll pass this onto the tech team but due to time differences they won't be able to reply until this afternoon earliest. Sorry this is happening folks. We're really not having much luck with these tech issues lately are we

@eylah @shannon_164 hey both would you be able to provide some more screenshots please of this error?

If possible it would be great if you could not block out the RayID which is basically the error code. I can see the RayID on your screenshot @eylah but it looks like you've blocked it out. If you're able to share this with us, then the tech team can try pinpoint it in their logs. But of course keep your IP address blocked. Thank you!

it just did! it popped up in middle of me using the boards.
