every time i try logging in

ive sent a email to but this keeps happening? everytime i try logging in it shows this. even said i was blocked from the community too.

    Hey Eylah just saw this and your email! From our end we havent done anything like blocking your access so I think it is a bug, and we're not sure exactly why this is happening - I have tried a couple of things on our end to see if it fixes it, so let us know if this keeps happening, if it does then we can raise it with the tech team!

    You are logged in right now, so can I ask if after seeing these error messages it eventually lets you in?

    Hey everyone, thanks so much for flagging this! None of you should be blocked, and we're really sorry this has been happening! I can imagine it might feel stressful. Looks like a bit of a tech issue / bug happening.

    Can I ask, are you able to access the boards all okay today?

    @Sian321 everytime i go onto boards or even just simply refresh the page i get it, sometimes it disappears quite quickly but other times it takes a few minutes😫

    Oh no that sounds so frustrating! We're really sorry @shannon_164 and @eylah . Thank you for reporting this. I've popped a ticket into our IT desk. Their working times can differ over the weekend, but we will hopefully have this resolved by Monday.

    I'm really glad that there does seem to be a bit of a work-around with refreshing the page, but recognise that's annoying for you folks to have to do!

    idk if i’m misreading what you’ve said @Sian321 but i feel like what ive said / what you’ve taken it as is 2 different things? refreshing the page doesn’t solve the issue for me, it actually causes the issue too - if i go onto the boards or if i refresh the page it then pops up for me

    i did send an email too @Sian321 because this won’t let me post now ughh but everyone i try to post, preview, save as draft, send a dm - literally anything on boards - the message flags up and i can’t do nothing:/

    Hey @shannon_164 , ah sorry I misunderstood what you had written there - I see what you mean! Refreshing the page is actually creating the issue too.

    I will share this update with the IT team.

    Can I ask if you're getting the same error message when trying to access Chatwee, or maybe just Boards?

    it only seems to be on boards @Sian321 - it took me logging in & out multiple times and refreshing the page and hitting “post comment” several times to even be able to post the last comment:/

    that’s what has been happening to me @eylah !! it won’t let me save as draft, post, preview, go into dm’s etc every so often and i gotta log out n in several times, refresh again and again then just hit post comment about 50 times before it posts😫
