It’s sweet that you care so much about your friend but it’s not your responsibility to help her. Especially when it’s impacting you so much. Could you maybe tell a teacher about it?

Hey @Sims this sounds like a lot on your shoulders to have to support your friend. I hear you're barely getting any sleep but it's so important you're able to look after your own wellbeing. In what ways do you think you'll be able to look after yourself over the next few days?

I also hear you have told a teacher but they haven't done anything about it. You did really well speaking up and reaching out for support for your friend Sims. Is there another teacher or trusted adult you'd feel comfortable telling?

We have a few but it's hard because the ones that actually care enough to try do something don't have the same access to things that the school counselor and that would have and also the ones that care aren't sure what to do either and the holidays are coming up but I don't think I can because my friend will definitely get worse she's said she doesn't want help or to get better because she likes being sad I fear that I'm cooked I don't know how to explain it but like I really don't know what
