good question. as someone who has carers themselves they should be able to support the person even if they were busy in their role.

if you mean by the carers then no, theyre not supposed to be told not to talk to you. carers are supposed to form a rapport with you.
im not sure. i guess my best answer would be that we improve ourselves each day. thats not necessarily fixing ourselves, but its another term that i cant quite describe. oh yeah i think its called bettering yourself. because the managers want to make a profit. they have that business-like mindset which can make them ruthless
Carers n management where I live don't like me
some companies are sketchy honestly, they only care about making a profit and not telling the truth. theyd rather fabricate things. not all companies are like that though.
