If someone's hav a crisis, how should care staff respond? Rather than 'I can't, I'm on support"

good question. as someone who has carers themselves they should be able to support the person even if they were busy in their role.

are you okay @ellie2000 are you feeling safe today? the carers should be treating you with respect and kindness during a crisis and offering you with support. we’re here for you ellie <3
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

if you mean by the carers then no, theyre not supposed to be told not to talk to you. carers are supposed to form a rapport with you.

im not sure. i guess my best answer would be that we improve ourselves each day. thats not necessarily fixing ourselves, but its another term that i cant quite describe. oh yeah i think its called bettering yourself. because the managers want to make a profit. they have that business-like mindset which can make them ruthless

I'm the black books at where I live only 4 observing n telling the truth, why don't companies like tht? Thts y they sed I got to move. But it's hard wen I notice things.

some companies are sketchy honestly, they only care about making a profit and not telling the truth. theyd rather fabricate things. not all companies are like that though.
