  They shouldn't have. They just put a small text note on my record for it. But then again, they never even told me my blood test results. had to go on my online medical records and google what they meant so maybe it was because they were a bit lazy lol. It's also how i found out I am at risk of violence in the home 12 years later still apparently, since nobody decided to amend my records.
  
  Maybe it's something they can take off for you and just leave as a text note if you ask them. They might be open to doing that if they think it might cause you distress.
