hey🙂
i’m not sure where to even post this so i apologise if it’s in the wrong place but anyways, several months ago now i signed up for a netball thing. i have spent all those months waiting and waiting to finally be able to join. eventually, i get the email about joining which i was really excited about so the girl then text me about it and i asked about how it would work as i cannot commit to every week due to my job, i will be able to most weeks and i get my hours 4-6 weeks in advance too, but just so they’re aware i know i realistically cannot commit to every week at this time. after explaining how its light commitment etc to me and how that would be ok, today i then get an email to say that i was removed:)
i am literally sat in the library right now crying over this because i FINALLY was going to have something in my week that i can look forward to but now that isnt even an option. it all came from the fact i hadn’t got round to replying to her message from a couple days ago because ive been working night shifts then in college with deadlines next week and just being absolutely wrecked in general. surely its unfair to remove me because i didnt reply? i would totally understand if she’d messaged several times and i didnt reply, but she messaged once and i shared how i was working night shifts atm hence my slow reply so she did know.
ugh im so annoyed now - ofc everything just gets worse everytime there’s the littlest glimmer of hope:(
