    Good afternoon! I come to you from the little sun trap that is my back garden. I've just got out here, trying to get used to the heat before my holiday in 8 weeks where 30° will likely be the lowest temp we get!! I'm melting at 21C, but don't tell anyone that!

    Hope everyones ok, and if the staff are reading this, that you're finishing work soon and get to enjoy the sunshine too!

    Yes I've been ok. I'm relatively well at the moment and have been for a few months, which makes a refreshing change. Mentally I mean

    Same here @Amy22. I’ve put shorts on and thinking I might regret it. Ah well at least I’ll stay cool while getting the house jobs done, I’ve stripped the bed just trying to find the energy to put the new set on lol!

    Honestly recently I haven't got much energy to do many things right now lol. I'm sure you managed to do it in the end though. The weather is nicer today actually, not too boiling hot though which I like because I find I get dehydrated and overheat in this weather 🥵🥵🥵. At least I had a Ben and Jerry's last night which helped 😂
