Waking up overwhelmed (Trigger warning mentions of food and weight )

Im sorry to keep posting everyday but I woke up really overwhelmed at 7am. We’re supposed to wake up feeling refreshed, but this morning, I didn’t feel that way at all. I woke up thinking, “I can’t do this anymore.” That thought scared me because I’ve been feeling like this for so, so long. It’s overwhelming. The pressure to have everything together is constant, especially with job hunting. There’s so much stigma and judgment out there, and I constantly feel like I’m being watched or judged. I worry that people are talking behind my back or thinking negatively about me. It all adds up, and I feel like I’m falling behind in life.

On top of that, I’ve been really worried about my eating habits. I’ve had takeaways several times a week, and it’s making me anxious about my health and weight. I struggle to say no to food especially when it’s around or when others are having it. It feels awkward if I don’t join in, like it looks like something’s wrong with me. I genuinely enjoy takeaways too, and I don’t want to miss out. But then I end up overthinking it all. Some weeks I have more, some weeks less—it probably balances out, but it still eats away at me. No one really knows I’m struggling this much with all of this.

    Hi @Redemption
I totally understand that overwhelmed feeling you get in the morning, it's like all the stress just keeps piling up until one day there's no escaping how it makes you feel. It can be really difficult to keep it all to yourself as well like you have been with your eating habits.
I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to use this space to vent a little though, how are you feeling today?

Cheers @Matthew_04 bro. I'm ok thanks bro, was overwhelmed getting up and it's definitely still tough at times but I'll get there. Hope you're good.
