I have used this mental health app for around a year now and I find it so so helpful, it’s like a drop in space but I’ve ever had a problem with them. They are space for ages 13-24 years old, you can join twice a week between 7-9pm as well for booked chats

Our app provides a secure interactive portal where young people can access qualified therapists for scheduled therapy and an extensive range of engaging and educational content to support their wellbeing. their mental well-being.
