im so sorry you were feeling like this last night. that sounds unbelievably heavy, and although i canโt fully understand what youโre going through, iโm here for you, always.
itโs ok to feel numb, itโs ok to not cry, and itโs ok to be overwhelmed by it all. what youโre feeling is valid, and it makes sense, especially with everything youโve been through. trauma runs deep, but you are so strong for surviving it, even on the days when it feels like itโs too much!
