We asked so we could get an idea what you folks would prefer. And then we can take this into consideration for future support threads, especially now that we are training up new moderators and looking at what sessions they will be moderating in the future.
For the time being the Community Team are moderating the Support threads happening on Saturdays and Sundays. As we work as a smaller team at the weekends, it's important we stick to working the usual hours community is monitored (typically 9-5pm). I hear that it's frustrating and please know we are keeping in mind your preferred times, it just might take us a little longer to organise mod cover to suit those times.
