I emailed the manager again arrrrgg but on my other email account tht I don't use. B4 tht i watched a film 😀. I said about looking at their website and not seeing any tenant reviews. N then I sed about why I hav a go at ppl coz they wanted to no about my ptsd diagnosis. I sed about the ways they could improve too. Was tht the right to do? N I sed to mum tht I wanted to go on a canal boat.
I hate how I think, I notice wen ppl FUBAR (rude abbreviation)
Nd the manager asked if I had a UTI wats tht?

    I was gonna go to SHOUT but last time they didn't answer, most my family has mental health issues, y? Wats bipolar disorder?

    Did you get a reply back from the manager?

    I've been on a canal boat before when I was younger and it was pretty fun actually! I got really into duck spotting and I loved stopping off at different towns! What's made you want to go on one Ellie?

    I'm not entirely sure what FUBAR means - are you able to explain a little more?

    A UTI is a urinary infection. Do you know why he asked if you had one? If you're concerned about this I'd recommend speaking to your mum Ellie.

    That's a shame SHOUT didn't answer you but I hope this doesn't put you off from reaching out to them in the future. They might've unfortunately just been very busy that day. You deserve support so please do keep reaching out <3 These are also good questions Ellie - it might be worth speaking to your mum about this too? She might be able to explain this to you and help you understand a little more :)
