Having a really bad flare up so last night filled in the absence form to say I won’t be in so now I’m just lay in bed al day tossing and turning cos of this horrid pain

    I hope this pain passes for you very soon and you're able to rest as much as you can today. Is there anything that you've found helps ease the pain a little when you're experiencing a flare up like this?
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    That's a great idea to try those heat things for your tummy, I've heard they can be really helpful in easing some of the pain. I hope it passes for you soon. Keep resting as much as you can <3
