how do i prevent myself from waking up in the middle of the night? for context i take aripiprazole.

    No meds here so I can’t speak from that perspective, but I too wake up in the night a fair bit.

    Routine helps me, and not staying up super late. Especially in the summer when the light comes in at 5 in the morning. Blackout blinds also help if you don’t have those already.

    i already have a routine and i dont stay up too late. i wonder what im doing wrong.

    Relaxing activities before bed might help. There's sleep noise apps that have a range of tunes to listen to for sleep. What about listening to relaxing songs to end your day? Particularly your favourite relaxing songs @toffuna101

    i wear headphones with rain sounds bc i cant fall asleep without it 😅 but it can help relax.

    rain sounds are nice. ive taken naps with it before and it helped.
