    Hi @Chloe234 - first of all, i'm glad to hear you're safe and okay.

    I can imagine it was quite the shock to the system to go through that, and so how you're feeling is completely understandable. Whilst our minds almost naturally go to the what if's when things like this happens, what is important is the fact things didn't take a turn for the worse. You managed to stay composed and get back out of the water, and for that I'm super proud of you.

    Try and take the time you need to process what happened to you and remember you are strong and amazing, and we are here to support you however you need (as always).

    Hello @Chloe234 . I hope you are feeling a little better, as said above, it is good that you are safe.
    I understand that you may be feeling stressed and slightly anxious, however remember that these things are learning experiences! Next time, you may decide to do something differently, to avoid an outcome like this.
    I am sure it may have been frightening, however it is good that you are safe.
