Coping with paranoia can be really tough @ellie2000 and people cope in different ways.

Have you tried any distractions such as listening to music or watching a TV show?

You could be asking yourself this potentially from paranoia but it could also just be that you care about being good. It's a great thing that you're reflecting on and it seems like you want to improve yourself!

These are great hobbies! Mental health appointments are generally to help people reflect on their mental health and wellbeing, and to improve their overall mental health by using various strategies often agreed on with a therapist or a counsellor.

There could be many reasons you're struggling with your wellbeing, you could be stressed, or maybe because of other things going on in your life and this is exactly the sort of thing that would be discussed in a mental health appointment!
