Bc I failed at life I was thinking about how ppl ran around sorting things out wen I was deep in a hole. Now I think tht ppl r upset wen I see them
It's very common to compare your recovery to the one of other people, however it is important to remember that everyone processes things at their own pace and it's necessary to extend grace to yourself
I am so sorry that some people in your life made you feel like you should just move on from the abusive relationship you had faced.
That must have been so difficult. Abusive relationships can be damaging and very difficult to move on from. Some people will have good and bad days when they reflect on the abuse they had to face. That is okay. Recovery can go up and down.
You are not a failure. The people around you who are worthy of your time can see how strong you are and they really love and respect you for you, just as you are.
It is important to remember you are never alone in this. We are here for you. You can talk to us whenever.
