    @ellie2000 I'm guessing by skills they mean anything you have learned that you have used to help you in everyday situations. For example a skill could be mindful breathing when you're stressed, or reasoning whether your thoughts are logical/realistic when you're anxious. Other skills might be identifying emotions or empathising with others - thinking about another person's perspective.
