I was on fb today and I saw a post saying it was 37 degrees in the last town I was at which brought bad stuff. I stupidly replied with ' thts pretty hot 4 a chavy warzone' how do I move on.?

    Hi @ellie2000 when a certain place leaves you with bad memories it is easy to be triggered by things surrounding it, it will take time to move on and will get easier <3 You just need to remind yourself that you are no longer in that situation and do whatever makes you happy :)
