I hear that having seizures is making you feel annoyed and overwhelmed. Even though you mentioned not being worried anymore, it's clear that the situation is having an impact on your everyday life and your feelings. You also mentioned believing you don't have a right to complain about your medical condition too much because some people have it worse and the consequences you have faced (i.e. the wasted orange juice) are not that important, however they do affect you in a big way and talking about it even if it's to complain may help you face the situation a little better. How are you feeling now?
Also, in this heat orange juice is really nice so I understand the frustration and hope you got to drink some!
