im doin gd is wat ppl say, i dont think. 'more than half days' which i mark tht activity on 'finch' app. wat do ppl use day2day to get out of tht bad thought loop and still thinking tht ur still in bad times wen u r in a gd place?, i think tht ppl r insulting and chavy is tht true wen u expienced trauma?
