im doin gd is wat ppl say, i dont think. 'more than half days' which i mark tht activity on 'finch' app. wat do ppl use day2day to get out of tht bad thought loop and still thinking tht ur still in bad times wen u r in a gd place?, i think tht ppl r insulting and chavy is tht true wen u expienced trauma?

    Hi @ellie2000 It's common for people who have experienced trauma to struggle with negative thought patterns and self-doubt, even when things are going well. It can be difficult to break out of these patterns, but there are some things people can try, like practicing mindfulness (focusing on the present moment) and self-compassion (treating yourself with kindness and understanding even when you’re struggling).

    Hi @ellie2000 as terry says it is easy to still have negative thoughts and tough days even when you think you're doing well but its all still progress so be proud of yourself :) When you're having these days just take sometime out and do the things that make you feel better <3
