Something that made me feel better today
I saw this on Instagram and it’s made me feel a little better (see last post).

I think its so important to remember that bad days are exactly that - days. They're temporary and don't define who you are. The same applies for setbacks. When it comes to things like recovery from self harm / depressive episodes, relapsing/having a bad day isn't the end of the world. We can still move forward
