Hello all,

I can't see one of these, how are you all feeling today? I hope everyone is doing ok but if you're not, feel free to use this. I appreciate it's quite late but I figured better late than never

    Thank you so much @independent_ its that my dad got stressed doing our christmas dinner and he shouted a bit. I know he didnt mean it, but I got upset as it frightend me a bit. But I feel like I ruined Christmas for all of us. Like whenever me or my mum try to help he seems to say he is okay but then complains that we arent helping out. The fact that my nan and bamp wernt able to come down wasnt too great. But at least it was the three of us. My nan struggles with her memory so if she did come down I know that my nan and bamp would be arguing over stuff.

    I kinda wished today didnt really happen in a way. I feel like not celebrating christmas anymore cause of how much stress it causes my family. The fact is that maybe next year I might celebrate it alone, as its less stress.

    Thank you. There were fireworks going off earlier and that really confused me. And I also don't like having to pretend to be happy when actually things just sometimes seem to suck. But at the same time, I don't want to seem like Scrooge. I love the presents that I got though. I have enough chocolate to last me until at least the end of February. Haha.

    Bless you @Amy22 it sounds so stressful. My dad does that too a bit, he has arthritis and when he’s in pain he won’t ask for help but instead he’ll complain we aren’t helping. So I get it. Remember it’s only one day and it doesn’t have to be perfect <3

    Like I said above @Dancer it’s one day out of the year so it’s ok if it doesn’t go exactly perfectly or you don’t feel 100% happy (what is that, by the way, what is 100% happy!) Fireworks suck. Have you got anything planned for the rest of the evening for yourself?

    I feel this, it really sucks being ill over christmas, made it through covid without getting ill but now I’ve had 4 colds since October!! I hope you feel better soon @Amy22

    Beef, Turkey, Potatoes, Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets, Yorkshire Puddings, Carrots, Peas, Sweetcorn and Cauliflower.

    I very almost wasn't able to get them (through no fault of my own) but thankfully my mum was able to get some from someone today.

    @Chloe234 If you need to talk or overload anything please feel free. I know it's easier said than done but all of us are here for you no matter what. You matter a lot to me and I want to make sure that you are okay. You don't have to apologise for reaching out, as sometimes the bravest thing we can do is ask for help.
