It sounds like today has been another tricky day for you. I'm sending hugs your way
Would you like to tell us a little more about what's been going on for you? We're here to listen if you would like to talk about it.
How did visiting your family go for you, Morgan? What are you up to for the rest of the day?
Take care,
Harry
In fact, it sounds like a very caring and brave thing to do to support your friend and help them to stay safe today
Do you think you could take a short time away, put down your phone and have a breather so that you don't feel so overwhelmed? Maybe watch a film or play a game with family?
You could suggest they speak to a service that is made to support people when they are in crisis. I've popped a couple of suggestions below:
Crisis Messenger (24/7) | text THEMIX to 85258
Samaritans (24/7) | call 116 123 | email jo@samaritans.org
Papyrus (2pm-midnight) | call 0800 068 41 41 | text 07786 209 697 | email pat@payrus-uk.org
Supportline (hours vary) | call 01708 765 200
Be gentle to yourself this evening
