    Hey @ellie2000

    If someone has called you a nasty name and you swore at them through a hand gesture, that is okay, don't punish yourself for that. What 'rise above it' means, is if that were to happen again, then to walk away, to take yourself out of the situation. Sometimes these people want a reaction from you, so to simply walk away is even more of a power move.

    tht was the first time i went to town in ages, and ppl dont no me or someone knew bout the past, is it they knew the ppl who bullied me?
