I feel like my face is ugly although people tell me that I am good looking.

    I am feeling fine. I am just gonna ignore the negative thoughts I get about thinking I am ugly as people say I am not ugly.

    I also took an overdose [removed] on Tuesday, an anti-psychotic medicine. I am taking chlomipramine and risperidone for my OCD but now I plan to stop taking medicine and want to come off medication gradually.

    I went to A and E on Tuesday, they done a blood test and just gave me medicine and then discharged me and said the medication would come out of my system itself.

    I am so silly for taking an overdose , it could have been fatal. I was not thinking straight.

    I informed my manager by emailing her my manager and a colleague from work also came to my house to see me and called the ambulance as well to do checks on me like blood pressure and heart rate.

    I emailed my manager about me overdosing and said I wouldn’t be coming to work.

    You've done really well to reach out to us about this. We can hear how difficult things are for you at the moment and we're here for you. <3

    You've mentioned that you emailed your manager about this, Sheryar, and told them that you wouldn't be able to go to work. How did that go? How are you feeling about that?

    I also wanted to acknowledge that you said that you are planning to come off your medication gradually, Sheryar. Would you like to tell us a little bit more about what you are hoping the outcome of coming off your medication will be? Remember that you're able to speak to your GP or another medical professional before making decisions about your medication.

    Finally, I'm hearing you when you say that you weren't thinking straight, Sheryar. If you ever feel as though you are struggling to keep yourself safe in the future then there are many organisations who you can reach out to for in the moment support:

    Thanks for replying Harry. I told my manager that I wasn’t going to contact work as I overdosed. My manager knows and is fine with that, shes put me down as sick and I will return to work on Monday.
