    I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling to sleep Chloe. It can be hard to rest when you are feeling anxious. Also the warm weather atm isn't great for sleeping either. I am kinda similar atm as I tend to struggle with sleep. Is there anything you find relaxing or is there anything you do before you go to bed that you find helpful?. Sometimes I tend to use a lavender spray in my room and sort of helps.

    honestly been having the same problem! One bad night messes with my sleep schedule too, so it causes a week from going to bed later and later
