    Hi @Chloe234 I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with your emotions. It can be very hard trying to stay strong all the time. I just wanted to say that it is totally normal not to be strong all the time, as it is a very hard thing to do. Sometimes, we need to let our emotions out as it can help us feel better afterwards. Also, it's good sometimes if we know how we are feeling as it can help us process how we are feeling in the day. You don't have to be strong all the time, as your human like everyone else is.
