Is it possible to resign frm life, weekends r reset button. Weekend is the only thing I enjoy. I still feel stuck. N I h8 professional confrontation wen I don't no how to handle it. R all world narcissists, With the gd hard to find?

    ppl with authority, council saying theres been complaints wen im normally very quiet, its actually squatters. police r usual smug fat losers but i came across 1 who was a friend at swimming, and ppl tht r nice at first then they turn once they hav u. carers of certain organisations
    and ppl who play with ur feelings who i get told who is helping they wont stop
    is tht basically the world?

    thinking, ive gone coocoo wat do i do. wen im unsettled i go in my mind and go though my memory bank dwell n think of stuff i would hav done differently. i walk n triggers r everywhere, i look somewhere nd flashbacks come rushing back, sometimes i feel ghosts of the past r following me
