    It sounds like you have reached out to a helpline, well done for this! I would suggest trying to explain the reason you have called the helpline when the person picks up the phone. Do you feel comfortable sharing with us the reason for calling a helpline? I think you have done the right thing by calling for help <3

    i fret, panic wen i dont no how to help n how to make ppl sound. i uncertain about life i hav been for the last 10 yrs, bc stuff got out of control wen i was at a early age and tht affected me in a big way. i still feel rough to this day even though every1 have left me alone, y? it dont make sense, could i hav someone else's view? to put it into sense. i normal ask my past therapist but im scared shes too busy

    im gd and safe but i hav thoughts fade in and out some of the SA in the local park and some of feeling negative,. ideas wat to do?
