@summerxo21 They all sound delicious. Some of my favourites is golden prawn curry with brown rice, fajitas with homemade flatbread, vegetable stirfry and couscous, chickpea salad and stuffed courgettes and aubergine. I will definitely be trying the cauliflower and chickpea dish!

    Hello @summerxo21
    These look delicious :)
Do you make these by scratch or follow a recipe?
May not be the healthiest but Egg fried rice is a sweet 10! Oop -

Roast chicken is not easy but I loved making it in uni, it was always such a lovely dinner to have a sunday afternoon when I had the time.

One of my favourite recipes is the lentil crepes.
You just need to soak the lentils with some water, just a little bit to cover all of them, after 10 minutes blend everything with a minipimer. At this point you will have a consistency similar to pancake and you will have to cook on a big pan and you can choose any fillings. I LOVE THEM!

@Cosmo I actually tried this with some pan fried tofu, sundried tomatoes and a pesto dressing! It was amazing!
