Different healthy meals i make when i am at uni

Salad with herbs and different sauces ( mayo is my fav )

I have smoothies and i eat frozen fruit with yogurt

water with apples and fruit inside

this is my fav dinner i make - Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing

and this is my other one Walnut & Dill Crusted Salmon.

( i work out non stop and i am into fitness :) )

    There’s a book I use called student nosh. It has a bunch of good recipes for utter beginners like me!

    If i wasn't in hospital i would of made this for my partner ( his favourite meal ) Greek Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki 4r03ogjx4ndj.jpg

    @Past User They all sound delicious. Some of my favourites is golden prawn curry with brown rice, fajitas with homemade flatbread, vegetable stirfry and couscous, chickpea salad and stuffed courgettes and aubergine. I will definitely be trying the cauliflower and chickpea dish!

    Roast chicken is not easy but I loved making it in uni, it was always such a lovely dinner to have a sunday afternoon when I had the time.

    One of my favourite recipes is the lentil crepes.
    You just need to soak the lentils with some water,just a little bit to cover all of them, after 10 minutes blend everything with a minipimer. At this point you will have a consistency similar to pancake and you will have to cook on a big pan and you can choose any fillings. I LOVE THEM!

    @Cosmo I actually tried this with some pan fried tofu, sundried tomatoes and a pesto dressing! It was amazing!

    Oo I'm a big fan of pasta specifically chicken and chorizo which is one of my favourite dishes. I really like this thread <3 .
