It's almost been 5 years since I self-harmed. Well, not anymore. Idk? I'm just being dumb

I’m really sorry to hear you relapsed, that’s never an easy thing to go through. Please know that it doesn’t mean you’ve failed - recovery is a journey after all and it’s not always simple.
Do you want to talk more about what’s been going on for you lately? I’m glad you’ve found us here on the boards, it’s a great place to get support and there are plenty of people who are always willing to listen to how you’ve been feeling
I just feel so guilty for doing it. After so many years.. it went from omg yes (that feeling again) to omg no, what have I done. Now, I'm wanting to do it more, but I haven't.
Welcome to the community, it's really positive you've found us.
Sorry to hear that you are struggling with this, and how it's making you feel guilty. Like independent said recovery is a journey.
We are always here for you if you want to talk about things

Moving back to a place where you have bad memories is understandably difficult, do you have any coping techniques you use to feel calmer?
