    Having pizza for dinner tonight. It's the only thing my sister seems to be able to cook but at least pizza is delicious. I also had it last night and on Sunday night.

    Me and my parents are getting a take-away tonight to celebrate my mum's birthday (yes her birthday is right after Mother's Day :lol: ) and it should be really good. We haven't fully decided yet but it's likely we'll be getting a kebab from the place in town. :yum:

    Quorn pieces. Nothing exciting. I really want to learn ways of using tofu. Like I see so many different things you can do with it but feel so clueless!


    Didn't sound as fun Saying Quorn pieces BBQ salad lol
    Also want to point out I'm not fully vegan or vegetarian, I just prefer alternatives when it's an option

    I like to bake my tofu in the oven with some spices or fry it with a little oil in a pan and add it to salads or stir fry! You can also chop it into long slices and grill it :)
