How to talk ab self harm

Hi there,
Sorry I've been away for a bit.
I cant remember how I am ment to talk about SH. Do I just describe how Im feeling e.g. I want to because... or what are the guidelines?

    Here's the section of the Health & Wellbeing guidelines specific to self-harm:

    Self-harm: Please avoid any graphic detail or description of methods (such as where or how you've harmed yourself). Instead, we encourage you to focus on feelings (e.g. "I feel like harming myself because I feel..."). Please stick to 'self-harm' and know that we understand that if you're harming, you're hurting.

    Considerate of you to ask - always good to check these things. :)
