where else can i get help, wen i don't get help i feel suicidal, is it worth speaking to anna.c to give it a boost, i wish i had died tht nite i got rpd

    Hope you're doing okay @ellie2000 it sounds like you're going through a rough time. 

    You've done so well speaking to us and reaching out for help on here. I think it could be worth getting additional support if possible! 

    I know that nightust have been absolutely horrible, I can't even imagine how it was for you, but what I do know is I'm glad you didn't die, because you deserve to live a happy life <3

    I understand that feeling. Sometimes I wish he killed Me  instead. But you have over come a very horrible trauma which makes you very strong. 
    Who have you seeked help from in the past?  Who is Anna.c?  We are always here for you x

    youtube therapist, i got help from: mind, relate(chickened out on tht 1), wellbeing centre 40 sessions. now tht it stopped ppl assume tht im hunky dory. wats a self referal?
