My dad passed away on Friday :( 

I’m really not ok and I just don’t know how to get through this. I’m heartbroken

    it all happened so quickly which I know is a blessing that he wasn’t suffering for long it’s just heartbreaking at the same time.

    It really is heartbreaking. Please make sure you’re looking after yourself, maybe take a bit of time off work if you’re able to do that and be kind to yourself <3

    @independent_  yeah I’ve taken about a week off work, just cause I’m not really sleeping either so I need to make sure I’m in a better headspace to go to work.
