im so sorry, but i feel paranoid again, so i want to ask you guys sorry if i did something wrong or if i did said something wrong. i dont know why, but i like to much of this forum; on my country we dont have any support for mental health (only cvv that is for emergency), but it doesn't exist forums or things like The Mix, even the sites of information aren't of good quality (misinformation, stereotypes, etcetera). Here i feel that people understand me (even with my terrible english) and that they support me with respect. if i did something wrong, i want to say im sorry, i dont know why, i just feel this need to ask sorry, so here is it: im sorry guys, i like you all, i hope everything can be good for you guys. today im in a good mood, but anyway, im sorry :)

    Being in a 'sorry' mindset can feel quite trapping @Past User. :( As the others said though, you haven't done anything wrong and I'm glad you felt able to post if this reassured you a little.

    Also, really warming to hear you like the community so much and feel so welcome here. You certainly are and it's so good we've been able to provide that for you. You give a lot back, too. :)

    heya @Mike in fact, it is trapping; i guess i have this terrible fear of judgment and abandoment that makes me going to "im sorry" and "please be nice to me im too sensitive" mood because of it... but im working on it ^^ and thank you! the mix its great, really, its a great comunnity! Again, thank you so much ^^
