So my husband can’t last longer than one stroke in bed less than a minute and I’m so sick of it. I’ve been trying to work with him on lasting and his Performance cause he really can’t even stroking without coming in one minute or less . <div>If I give him oral it’s the same.
What do you recommend. It’s very frustrating and I’m a bit mad about it. </div><div> I feel like leaving the marriage cause I’m not getting satisfied at all.

It's understandable that you'd find that frustrating and disappointing. It sounds like it's a difficult thing to go through as a couple. I'm wondering how long this has been happening for him and if you've spoken to him about how you're feeling?

A common method is stop and start. Think of it as long foreplay you can build up how long it lasts by stopping before and starting again after a lil while.
Communication is a big key in this one and ensuring you are both getting something out of it so nobody feels left out
