    Last nights dinner.

    Rare fillet steak with a stilton, garlic and white wine sauce.

    Yesterday I had a brunch bar and some orange juice for breakfast.

    Lunch was ham and cheese lunchables, dunkers  (well similar but not called dunkers,) cheese and onion crisps, mini cheddars, some French croissant thing and a bottle of water. Also treated myself to a KitKat.

    Dinner was scrambled eggs. I wasn't really hungry.

    For dinner I had pasta with tuna, sweetcorn and hard boiled egg (without the yellow.)
