I finished washing myself and I just relaxing in fell under water and breathed in wen I did I immediately sprung up above the water, coughing. Is tht how do itWen ur desperate? Breathing water in? But don't worry. Everything is ok

    It's coming up to the traumatic event anniversary, is it usual to feel 'sh**Ty every year this month. Nd I think/feel that the police r after me too. Because I looked at porn tht someone introduced me to tht same yr which got me in trouble, the person who did it was soppose to be in the care industry. He did a runner. I h8 police they didn't tell me tht I wasn't important to them anymore, so i feel stuck in tht 3yrs

    Instead of messaging that to the police officer, perhaps you could get your thoughts out here on the boards instead? :smile: This is a safe space for you to rant and be heard. 

    Do you have some ideas of how you might look after yourself coming up to the anniversary? Perhaps we could help you to think of some nice/fun things to do to distract yourself, if you like :heart:

    yes, it is usual, I still struggle around the anniversary of my trauma... but this year is different, I plan to get baptized on the anniversary, its all about creating positive memories on that day, that's the biggest fuck you we can give them :)<3
