Support Circle (Tuesday 25/02)

Afternoon people :)

The next Support Circle will be on Tuesday February 25th, at the usual time of 7.55-9:30pm.

What is Support Circle?
Support Circle follows the same basic structure as a Support Chat - opening round, support time, and closing round. The unique thing about Support Circle is that everyone gets their own time to chat and be heard by the group, and have their chance to listen and support others. It's sign-up based so the group is relatively small, and you can sign-up to get support or to support others.

It's a great space for people who find it difficult to get their voices heard in regular support chat and/or are keen to listen and support others in a more structured environment. We have places for people who want to come and get support or attend as listeners.


If you sign up, do your best to be there from 8pm and then stay until closing, and make sure you don't use the other rooms. This is to make sure everyone makes the same commitment to the group and everyone feels listened to.

And if you can spare the time and headspace, please keep us posted about your experience here. It's hugely helpful for us in knowing how you all find Support Circle, and how your experience might change over time. :)

    Sorry @NatalieMT - we were full yesterday. We can't usually give passwords out after about 5pm on the day, so it's safe to assume you won't be able to get into Circle if you don't sign up before then.

    Feel free to sign up now for the next one though. :)
